Account Deletion

Data we will delete

When your deletion request is approved, we will permanently remove the following personal information from our active systems:

• Your account details (name, email, phone, role and password hash)
• Your contact details saved in your customer profile
• Your saved delivery addresses and any associated access notes
• Driver location/GPS data collected during delivery shifts
• Any marketing or communication preferences linked to your account

Data we may retain

Australian tax and consumer law may require us to keep certain records for a set period. After your account is deleted, the following information may be retained in a secure, limited-access form where required by law:

• Transaction records, including invoices, payment references and order totals, for tax and accounting purposes
• Records needed to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements or comply with legal obligations
• Anonymised or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you

Retained records are stripped of direct identifiers (such as your name and email) where possible, and are only accessible to authorised staff.

Timeframe

We aim to complete account deletion within 30 days of verifying your request. If we need to retain any information for legal or tax reasons, we will let you know in our confirmation email.
